Honest answers, no fluff.

Do you coach men as well as women?
Yes — about a third of my online roster is men. The pillars don't change: strength, conditioning, nutrition, mindset. The programme is always built around you and your goal.
I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?
More than okay — beginners get the fastest, cleanest results. I'll meet you where you are, teach the lifts properly, and progress you in a way that builds real confidence under the bar.
What does the NLP work actually look like?
Practical, not woo. Structured conversations and exercises that identify the patterns running your eating, training and self-talk — then rewire them. Most clients feel a shift within the first two sessions.
Do I need a gym membership?
Ideally yes — full-equipment plans get the best results. But I also write home and minimal-equipment versions for travel weeks, new parents, or anyone training from a garage gym.
What's the commitment?
Online coaching starts on a rolling monthly basis with a 12-week minimum recommendation. 1:1 PT is per session or as a block. NLP can be a one-off or a multi-session package.
